10 ways how to make your Father feel special on Father’s Day:

1. Cook Dad’s favorite meal. It’s indisputable: Dads love to eat. Why don’t you work out a plan to cook his favorite food on Father’s day. Its fun and you get to eat great food afterward.

2. Go to church with dad. Nothing beats the peace and serenity that abounds in a place of worship whatever your religious beliefs may be. Go to church with Dad on Father’s day. If he’s not into religious stuff, you might wanna consider the next suggestion.

3. Go have a walk together with Dad. It’s free. Not to mention walking is great for Dad’s health [and yours too]. You can go to a place where you two have special memories together.

4. Write dad a letter of thanks. Good ol’ pen and paper at work here. It’s old fashioned but unless your 5 years old, your dad wasn’t born in the www era. Write him a letter of thanks. He will appreciate it a lot.

5. Buy dad a book. It may be something deep and spiritual or just light and easy. Make sure to write a note somewhere for Dad.

6. Go watch a movie with Dad. Transformers 2 is a great one. It’s a pity it wont be out until the 24th of June.

7. Say I love you Dad. Telling your dad you love him might be a little awkward but believe me that’s the 3 best words you can say on Father’s Day.

8. Send dad inspiring text messages. It’s low cost and very easy to do.

9. Buy dad an iPhone. If you have a few hundred dollars to spare, go get Dad the new iPhone 3g! Just make sure Dad is on the techie side of the spectrum.

10. Treat Dad to a Spa. Let his worries go away even for just a moment by going with him to a good Spa center where he can get a full body massage.

These are just some of the many things you can do to make Dad feel special on Father’s day. If you have more ideas on how to make dad feel special on Fathers’ day, do post them below.

Happy Father’s Day dad!
