Philippine Languages
The Philippines is an island nation composed of 7107 islands throughout the archipelago. Due to this very unique geographical situation of the country, its people do not share a single language throughout the islands. There are more or less 300 languages and dialects spoken in the Philippines. Tagalog or Filipino is the national language of the Philippines and can be used anywhere. But about 90% of its population are conversant with English as it was once under the US regime in the 1940’s.

The Philippines use the Philippine Peso (Php) as its only currency throughout the island nation. The Philippine Peso is a relatively strong currency that averages forty five to a dollar (US).
